Adding Q&A's

Introduction to Question & Answers section.

Questions and answers take priority over all other types of training data.

Questions and Answers are for common questions that get asked repeatedly. You can ensure more control over the answers.

  1. Click the Q&A's tab under "Knowledge Base"

  2. Click "Add Q&A Pair"

  3. Enter your question and answer.

  4. Click "Add"

Edit and Update Answers Given By Your Assistant

If you are not happy with answers given by your assistant, you can use Q&A's to guide it going forward.

  1. Go to "Conversation History" tab in your assistant.

  2. Go to the answer your assistant has responded with.

  3. Click "Save to KB"

  4. Edit to your satisfaction.

  5. Click "Save to Knowledge Base"

  6. Test future responses.
